I have probably mistyped at some point in the past - and I'm sure what I
said last night on IRC was confusing.

Here's the straight scoop - right off the printed schedule tacked to the
wall in my office.

The cards for HE/1 started shipping to distributors last Friday.  Barring
acts of god and man, those cards will have arrived, been sorted, packed and
ready to be shipped to retailers on the Distributor Release Day of 6/22.
(that's next Monday).  The "on sale date"  - the date the stores are allowed
to start selling products will be 6/26 (the Friday after next).  So we're
about 13 days away from the street date right now.

Note:  This figures jive with the dates published in the "update" sent
through frpginfo about three weeks ago.  That update included release dates
for everything FRPG is publishing.  If you didn't get a copy, email me
directly and I'll send you one.
