Luke is working with Yaquinto right now.  They've been emailing back and
forth all week.

The problem really isn't that there are duplicate "runs" of U/R cards - the
problem is that they tend to "clump up" in the display.  In other words, I
wouldn't care if it happened every 30th booster - but when it happens in the
7, 8, 9 and 10th booster, it throws the collation off for the whole display.

What we need to do is to figure out a way to get some kind of clean
dispersal "across" as well as "down" in the displays.
