Q) What sort of reference system should we use?
A) This has worked successfully for us. The BB field is 26x15. Thus,
it makes sense to reference the field by a letter and a number, such
as A1 or M12. We ordered our field as follows:

Q) My opponent is playing:
a) Skaven and I don't trust him with the dice.
b) Undead and I doubt he can add the dice together.
c) Orcs and I bet he'll just eat the dice.
What can we do?
A) Get a third person help out. He can roll the dice for both of you,
plus he can be an immeasurable help by helping to keep your player
positions straight. In the event that a third person can't be
found, you can use NuffleBot. Currently, NuffleBot can only be
used on the IRC server tyco.cs.utk.edu, but later he may move onto
the Undernet. You can get help on using Nufflebot by connecting to
tyco.cs.utk.edu with an IRC client, and typing "/msg nufflebot
help."
Q) I placed my Wardancer with the ball wide open, but my opponent
claims to have all 8 tackle zones around him occupied. Is he
cheating?
A) Maybe, but probably not. This is where having a third person
really comes in handy (see above). Expect this sort of confusion
going into the game. If you don't think you can resolve such
issues in a friendly, sporting manner, maybe you should stick to
face-to-face Blood Bowl. A large scroll back buffer or a log of
the session may help you resolve such issues.
Q) Someone is playing a game I'd like to see. They said they are
playing at 10:00 GMT. I don't understand!!
A) They are playing at 10:00 Greenwich Mean Time. This is our
planet's standard time reference, and a natural reference for us to
use in our international setting. US Eastern Standard time is 5
hours behind GMT; thus a game at 10 GMT would be at 5:00 Eastern, 4
Central, etc... Tokyo is 9 hours ahead of GMT, and Sydney is 10
hours ahead. In Summer, if you are using Daylight Savings Time,
SUBTRACT ONE HOUR from this difference (e.g., US Eastern Daylight
Time would be 4 hours behind GMT, etc...)
