Greetings,
I'm going to be travelling for the next week, so don't expect daily
rules Q&A from me for a while. I may be able to sneak in some answers
here and there, but not promises.

Rallying Cry is worded correctly. As far as the Rule Junta is
concerned, at any rate. I presume that it is worded the way it is
because of cards like Togashi Mitsu.
Please, watch loose talk about cards being "incorrect." It's easy for
someone to take that as indicating some sort of mysterious ruling or
text change that they didn't know about.

The loss of chi and gaining Shadowlands is specific to shugenja
(Corrupted Dojo card text). They do not affect other types of cards when
paid for using Taka's trait.

Yes. "Your Stronghold produces 1 less Gold when bowing to play for a
Personality." It doesn't matter if it's paying via its base gold
production or an ability.

Err... Yes, it is. "Attached" is a reciprocal relationship.

Yes. Yes (though I can't think of how an ability could be "lost").

The active player has first chance to react after the resolution
segment of the last battle. In that case, the Counterattack goes before
the Rallying Cry. Note that this can *only* happen in the last battle to
resolve. If the original defender (now the counter-Attacker) resolves
battles in the right order, his Rallying Cry at the first, second, and
third of four battles will *all* be played before the original
attacker's Counterattack after the end of the fourth battle.

The end of the resolution segment of a battle.
