Then I type, "Makoto: You may only bow your own personalities." Then I paste it into the Accumuated Rulings. Then I update the Accumulated Rulings. Then I wait to see if Dave or Jeff overrules me. Then I have a sandwich. Ahhhhhhh. Power. Some folks may think I'm being too recalcitrant about this, but the reasons are simple. First, I can't overrule Jeff Alexander. Second, I want to err on the side of caution. Third, changing the ruling is going to suddenly turn Makoto into a card that will replace Superior Tactics or Deadly Ground in decks. It'd still be crummy. The horse named Makoto is dead. No. Rallying Cry can sort of goes back in time and say, "Those bowed cards? Pretend you never turned them sideways." To make a long story short, the action *can* be retroactive.
