The point several years too late. The Most Recent Printing rule has been used multiple times before this (e.g., Naga stronghold, Phoenix stronghold -- twice!). The trick has been that it's been used carefully, and sparingly. That's one of Dave William's biggest virtues as a designer: he doesn't panic. Then there were all the reports from local tournaments indicating their wins. That's more than "occasional tourneies."
