   No. There's *always* a player with the highest honor, even if that's
multiple players tied at -19.

   It's still a "maybe." When you look at the action, you don't take
into account other situations or card effects when determining if it may
or may not cause an honor loss.

a bowed Personality, as it is still technically a conditional loss."

   Because starter decks contained reprinted cards. Nobody lists tehm
because they're not specific, or originally printed in those sets.
