Greetings,
From: Oni no Atomicho <OninoAtomicho@AOL.COM>
Subject: Hoshi Wayan Question
> Hoshi Wayan can copy focus values because they act as chi bonuses, but
> does his reaction take place as the card is being focussed or as the
> focus cards are revealed?
When they're focused, because focusing adds to chi immediately.

From: Nathan <darthvader@C4.COM>
Subject: Gift o' the Emperor
Yes, it can be played in battle, if the personality who won (whoops,
survived) them is in the battle.

Only with regard to Bayushi Yokuan. Since nobody's found a ruling
from Jeff Alexander on the subject, I'll stick my neck out and say
Yokuan can use the Nunchaku's Reaction, since its text says,
"Immediately *after* this personality wins a duel..."
