        I suppose you've heard by now. Word gets around.

        Now, don't look at me like that, and don't you dare try to talk me
out of it. I've been planning the move for nearly a year now, and there's
nothing you can say to change my mind.

        I know you and I have gone through a lot. We've seen a lot. We've
shared a lot. We even bled together, just a little, haven't we? Don't think
I forgot.

        I will never forget.

        You've got that look in your eyes. Yes, _that_ look. Stop it. You
know what that does to me.

        Oh, so you just turn away? All right. If that makes it easier, then

       Well, I came here for a reason. Not just to say goodbye. I came here
for something else entirely.
