	The deception as to the true content of the Merchant's Guide to 
Rokugan was intentional.  From the original idea of this book & throughout 
its development, it was the decision of the AEG staff, in keeping with the 
theme of the Kolat conspiracy's secrecy, to present the book in this manner.  
We can appreciate that many of you were not amused by our ruse.
	From the very beginning, it was our goal to do something unique & fun 
with the Kolat source book, a book that has been in demand since we began 
creating the L5R rpg.  We're very glad to see that those of you who have read 
the book are for the most part pleased with the product.  We can also 
appreciate that fact that many of you feel cheated.
	Therefore, the management of AEG has decided to offer this special 
"satisfaction gauranteed" return policy.  If for any reason you are 
displeased with the Merchant's Guide to Rokugan, you may return your copy of 
the book (completely intact) for $20 (US cover price) credit toward the 
purchase of any currently available AEG products.  Your return may be 
accompanied by your redemption order.  All orders exceeding $20 (US) must 
include check/money order (made payable to Alderac Entertainmment Group) & 
VISA/MC#  for the differrence in cost.
