     Deadly Ground and Enemy Of My Enemy are both trumped by
Hiruma Sensei, since they change whether it's legal to take
certain actions.

     Winter Warfare is different.  It changes what actions can
*do*.  It addresses their effects, not their playability.  Hiruma
Sensei offers no protection for the defenders against having
their actions cancelled or otherwise altered.
