Surely you meant "yes"? There's no exception for words
after "of" anymore, and even when there was, it didn't apply
to card titles -- just the boldface traits area.

The main reason is so things don't change in stages. The
original plan really was to wait until the next set to include Rings
was printed and make all the changes there. Unfortunately an edit
slipped through. There was a vote, and the Junta decided to go with
the full change now. Personally, the biggest difference I foresaw was
whether the Change & Errata list listed the reason as "Errata" or
"MRP", which is why I voted in favor of it.

Sorry. None of these work.

Aramasu reacts to a discarding, not to an action. He could react
to each discard.

Yes.

No. Hirariko could use her ability an indefinite number of times
in one situation. That's broken. Aramasu can only react once each
time you discard.

If it's played after people have died (Feign Death and Kakita
Shijin are), you don't have units there anymore (barring a reaction
that actually spares a Personality's life, such as Utter Defeat or the
Ancestral Armor of the Phoenix) and the Sensei doesn't help you.

No. It's not targetted, as it affects one of your Personalities
entering a duel, and there can *never* be more than one of those.

That's not the correct ruling.
The correct ruling is that both effects only happen if your hand
is empty upon playing it.

As much as it is really, really unbalancing to suddenly find
yourself facing multiple Junzo players packing this, the text on Nio
Sensei makes it clearly cumulative, Zen.

Total rearranging of assigned units.
