He'd gain seven, because his Chi is seven right then.

Not three tokens, no. Just the +3/+3 from the Portents.

     Absolutely not.

Unless one of those reactions changes the situation so
drastically that the others no longer have anything to react to,
yes, it's generally legal.

Three Shizues are legal, as are Kharma + Winds and Fortunes
on the same event. In fact, multiple Winds and Fortunes is legal
too, since it doesn't have the printed restriction of one per
event that Kharma does. The extras just wouldn't do anything
(except get you closer to the Ring of the Void...).

     3. He does not need to have his RA unit anywhere in
particular or even be an invited ally by either side. He does
have to wait for his turn to play a Battle/Open action, and that
will depend on the seating order.

>Also, can Player C play a Blackened Sky wiith Concealed Archers?

No actions are allowed during Blackened Sky except ones that
produce ranged attacks.

Here's the thing, though: items (and Followers with "+" signs)
don't "contribute their force to the total" in the first place.
Instead, they add their stats directly to their Personality. So,
if you bow them, you stop them from doing something they weren't
doing in the first place.

This isn't an answer so much as a confirmation. Dean has
called this one exactly right.

     I have. :)

If the Medallion is on Kachiko (which is legal with the help
of other cards), she AND the Shapeshifters all give out +1
tokens. If the Medallion is on an NSS, everyone gives out -1
tokens -- even the NSS with the Medallion, since the Medallion
does not apply to abilities copied from other cards.
