Dave works for AEG, in Ontario, California. Not very close.

     It wasn't.

By the way, did anyone else not get a digest for the 8th?

Pearl Edition has 50 pre-sorted cards. Beiden Pass and Sleeping
Mountain are completely pre-made. Every other starter deck ever made
has 25 pre-sorted cards.

No, yes, yes. If the loss is cancelled, Exile retroactively
makes itself illegal...

Agreeing to split a prize isn't collusion. Conspiring before
the tournament begins to manipulate games so everyone involved gets to
the finals with intention to split the prize is collusion.

Don't forget she hates Kachiko's guts. She holds Lady Scorpion
personally responsible for the death of the beau she had a crush on
(Isawa Tadaka), since she's the one who started the whole poison-the-
Emperor-until-he's-so-weak-his-body-gets-taken-over-by-a-thousand-
year-old-evil-god thing.

     Yes. All other restrictions, too.

No. That option only exists during your Dynasty Phase.
