:What about the other tournaments at Origins? There's a scheduled Open,
:Strict Jade and Multiplayer tournament at Origins too. Are the same
:restrictions for the Kotei in effect for these tournaments too?

MRPs are in effect for all tournaments with the sole exception of the Kotei
itself.
