I doubt it. First, it changes regularly, depending on what we're trying to
simulate and what we're trying to measure. Are we concerned with popularity
or power this go-round? Are we looking at corruption? Do we want to slant
the scoring to invalidate bandwagoning? Etc.
Second, honestly, I (and others before me) have had a lot of attack emails
when rabid fans knew half the story, which gives me a self-serving reason to
hold back the other half. ;)
