This is basically accurate. WotC has been trying to bring all their
terminology into synch. What FRPG referred to as a starter deck was what
WotC called a Game Deck. What WotC called a starter deck FRPG called a
Learn-to-Play deck.

Also, all our game decks, being clan themed and semi-sorted, were what WotC
called a theme deck.

So there you are.
