As Steve said, this was with the full approval of AEG. Even though we
just hired Jeff, we hired him to work on L5R. With Wotc taking the
design of the game in house, we thought it best for the game and the
players to allow Wizards to pursue Jeff for the position. We are
saddened to see him leave us so soon (he has quickly established a
solid place for himself here), but I personally can't think of anyone
else better suited that WotC could have picked.

Kudos to Jeff on his new position and to Steve for a fine selection!
