No, sorry for the confusion. It's more like this...

At the end of your battle, all of your personalities bow. When you
play the Rallying Cry, all of the personalities that bowed, didn't.

It basically goes back in time and says "those guys never actually
bowed at the end of the battle. Whatever you saw of them turning
sideways was just an optical illusion." It has no effect on cards
that bowed earlier during the battle, though, Jeff.
