Those words aren't mine. They're someone else's. Please be careful
when you attribute.

Usually this sort of thing isn't a problem, except that in this case
I am a high-profile person on this list and my commentary can (and
often does, unfortunately) send people off with bad impressions when
I say the wrong thing.
