In answer to the question below, if I understand it correctly.  All of the point based invitations have been given at this point.  All other invites to the final battle of the War in the Heavens will be based upon finish order.  Please see below.

Winner of each "Kotei Emperor" tournament. 
€Top lifetime-ranked player from each Clan. 
€Top 10-ranked players based on their best six finishes from the last six months (December 15 to June 15). 
€Top-ranked player from each Clan based on their best six finishes from the last six months (December 15 to
  June 15). (Invitation doesn't pass down if the player is already invited.) 
€Top 16 players from each preliminary battle of the "War in the Heavens" tournament. 
€Top Clan player from each preliminary battle of the "War in the Heavens" tournament. (Invitation doesn't pass
  down if the player is in the Top 16.) 
€Two random players from each preliminary battle of the "War in the Heavens" tournament, who finish all the
  rounds of the segment.
