Ree Soesbee Leaving AEG! You KNOW I'm not one to gossip, but a little birdie just told me that Ree Soesbee, AEG diva extraordinaire, will soon be leaving the company for greener pastures. Her replacement will apparently be Rich Wulf, of Rokugan 2000 and Rokugan 90210 fame. I asked Ree why she was leaving AEG, and she told me she was tired of being hit on by gamer guys at the Cons. Crane Takes First at WussCon '99 I received word today that Frankie de Boer won the esteemed WussCon L5R tournament. "I was really sweating in the final round," panted Frankie, breathlessly. "I actually had to make a decision in that match-- whether to play To Do What We Must or Flattery!" Fortunately, Frankie chose the truest path and managed to win without breaking a sweat (which probably would have ruined that fabulous silk Versace blouse he was wearing! Finally!! Tonight, I finally traded for my third Shinsei's Shrine! I'm so excited. I can finally play the decks I've always longed to-- Crane decks.
